Each class is a full-body, highly-intense interval workout designed to increase your metabolic burn rate for up to 48 hours after the class. You will see results in increased strength, reduced recovery time and weight loss. FUEL is specifically designed to challenge all levels of fitness from a recreational exerciser to the elite athlete. Increasing your fitness levels beyond what you achieve on your own, our team-based program creates a diverse and engaging environment. Building each other up, our small group training studio focuses on enhancing athletic capabilities with the encouragement and reassurance of group support. Addressing power, strength, endurance, and speed, our classes will increase your athleticism and elevate your abilities in daily life functions.

Our workouts are time efficient and effortless to schedule. Weekday workouts are accessible throughout the day and easily fit into your schedule. Weekend workouts are designed to offer slightly longer, more intense training. Training you similar to how a real athlete would train, we understand time constraints and help you maximize your fitness in minimal time.

House Rules & Expectations

We want to make sure you get the most out of your workout, so we have outlined a few house rules to help insure you do.


All class registations/bookings must be at least 1 hour before the class starts.

Bring The Right Attitude

Leave the drama at the door and let’s have a great workout.

Cancellation & No-Show

Class cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before class starts. Failure to cancel or no-show for your scheduled class will result in a $19 non-refundable cancellation fee.

Get Here and Get Ready

Arrive 15 minutes before class starts to get oriented.

Appropriate Clothing

Wear clean, comfortable athletic shoes and appropriate clothing. Bring a towel.

Common Courtesy

Don’t be late. We start each session promptly at the scheduled time.
